BUG BUSTING

What should I do if I get Head lice

1 Check hair with fine toothed nit removal comb

2 Use a lotion to kill the lice and the nits

3 Use an anti- head lice shampoo 7-10 days after initial treatment

4 Solution of vinegar and water helps loosen nits and then use fine –toothed comb to remove them

5  Personal clothing- uniforms, PE kits, and BED linen should be washed in a hot wash if possible

6  Carpets and rugs should be cleaned by hoovering

7 Brushes /combs should be cleaned and boiled for 10 mins

8 Fine toothed nit removal combs should be cleaned and boiled as above prior to using on next person

9 All family members /contacts should have their hair checked and treated if infested

If I break a leg they won’t lay eggs
Therefore
Detection combing is the way to go
